First Published in 1998. The purpose of this book is to provide resource material for the development of practical record keeping for staff working with pupils with special educational needs. Particular reference is made to pupils with severe learning difficulties, though the activities are relevant to all areas of special educational needs including staff and pupils in mainstream schools.
