The first part of the book consists of a list of proper names, terms, and concepts relating to New Testament narratives represented. Under each name, term or concept, the ICONCLASS alphanumeric codes are entered, along with a brief description of the New Testament scenes in which the characters or actions occur. The second part of this text is organized according to the ICONCLASS alphanumeric codes, their order reflecting the Biblical sequence of narrative.
