The aim of the International Conference on Physics of Transition Metals is that of bringing together scientists from different specialities working on transition metals in the fields of magnetism, normal metals, intermetallics, compounds and alloys, surfaces, films and nanocrystals, superconductivity and heavy fermions. The book contains both the invited and contributed papers from the talks.
