This monograph presents an introduction to Harmonic Balance for nonlinear vibration problems, covering the theoretical basis, its application to mechanical systems, and its computational implementation. Harmonic Balance is an approximation method for the computation of periodic solutions of nonlinear ordinary and differential-algebraic equations. It outperforms numerical forward integration in terms of computational efficiency often by several orders of magnitude. The method is widely used in the analysis of nonlinear systems, including structures, fluids and electric circuits. The book includes solved exercises which illustrate the advantages of Harmonic Balance over alternative methods as well as its limitations. The target audience primarily comprises graduate and post-graduate students, but the book may also be beneficial for research experts and practitioners in industry.

Values, visions, norms, language, beliefs and habits of the organization are fixed in the cultures contents. A good working culture is important for the company's success and profit situation. The globalization leads to a dramatic process in the economic markets. Takeovers, cooperation and mergers are typical consequences of the new economic era. This market process is also responsible for the collision of corporate cultures. Different needs justify that willful intervention in the culture system after a takeover. Dissatisfaction, isolation and inefficiency are only a few reasons why a cultural change is recommendable. For a successful change it is decisive to know everything about the old culture and to know what to do for changing it. Several theoretical models and strategies have been developed for this issue. The most reason why a change fails is that problems and limitations have not been taken into consideration or have not been handled the right way. Culture guides should lead the employees thru the changing process and should help orientating. The change of a culture is a long way and many do are not patient enough to wait. The success of a change is based on many task but the important task is to recognize that problems occurring during the changing process are usual and the solving of these problems lead to the new culture. Problems are indicators for mistakes or wrong planning which have to be solved. Changing operators have to recognize problems as chance for succeeding.

It shows the advantages of this financing vehicle. Firms can get a quick access to the financial markets and clean up their balance sheet and creditworthiness by selling receivables out of their assets. Investors get a good return on their input and help organizations financing themselves. But heavy risks, like securitization risks, regulatory risks, counterpart risks, economical risks and wrong rating risks can endanger the financial transaction and lead into a financial default. The greed of investment banks, bad economical circumstances and at least a deficient risk management of companies helped ABS products becoming a main role during the financial crisis of 2007. During the financial crisis ABS products lost their natural status as financing instruments and became something like financial investments.

A new market entry needs a specific prepar-ing. Many environmental tasks of the investment have to be cleared before entering a new market. The right combination of market entry strategies help to succeed such a huge investment. Exporting, licensing, franchising, joint ventures and direct investments are some possibilities how a market entry strategy can look like but finding the right strategies for the given market situation is a difficult issue. Every strategy has ad-vantages and disadvantages which have to be considered if the investment should lead into a success. And as already mentioned, a saturated market is not a usual market, it has specific challenges which have to be managed. A market entry in a saturated market can only be successful if the company wins market shares from other competitors and the challenge is to find out how this can work. The Adidas Group showed how they could enter the US sports fashion market which is a saturated market, too. The company used a mix of the named strategies to win market shares in the host-country. And that is the way how to manage these challenges; every market entry in saturated markets has to be planned carefully and all influencing factors have to be considered. To get this answer the author will firstly define the main issues out of the top-ic. The result is that for theoretical models like the demand curve or the utility maximum principle it is necessary to have perfect markets with perfect marketers. These perfect marketers are the so called homo oeconomicus which act rational and compare every possible opportunity with their opportunity costs to get the optimal benefit by a given income and a defined price. At least with the help of the budget line which charts the available income and the indifference curve which describes the optimal demanded unit of a good bundle, the demand curve can be derived.

With the help of studies, scientists could identify different leadership behavior types and their influence on subordinates. Task-oriented leaders are goal-focused and do never lose track of the target, even if the staff is unsatisfied with the situation. Relations-oriented leaders try everything to create comfortable work circumstances for their subordinates. They belief, that satisfied em-ployees generate a higher productivity. The third major type of leadership behavior is the change-oriented, which is to be found in dynamic industry sectors such as the tech-nological industry. This type of leaders should be open for change and should motivate their employees with new ideas. Another question is, if leaders are born to become lead-ers or if people can develop to become a good leader? However, both assumptions are right. Leaders should have inborn distal traits like a strong personality, but also proximal traits like social skills and a good problem solving ability, which can be developed and learned. Summing up, there exist different leadership behavior styles and leaders should know about the behavior types, because the use of the different types depends on the actual situation. The second part of the work paper tries to analyze the specific traits and skills of sales leaders. The results are that sales leaders have to have strong proximal traits like social and emotional skills. As the targets are already identified, they have to be relations-oriented to win the subordinates working for the mission. The leading type also depends on the given situation. If the leader has a good relationship to his rep-resentatives, he can be more task-oriented to reach a higher level of productivity. But if he has a week relationship to his Reps, he should be more relations-oriented to in their trust. As the short enumeration shows, there exists no right way to lead, rather every situation asks for its own leadership type.

The conception and operative stage of a fund is complex and sophisticated why many investors keep distance to these type of investments. The previous market development has shown that there are many risks and opportunities given which have to be considered. An evaluation of these aspects is cru-cial to the investment success and should be clearly observed. The legislator has stan-dardized the information system of CEFs to offer the possibility of well-arranged in-formation which is intelligible to all. Summing up, an investor has to identify the main risks and opportunities of a CEF investment and then to evaluate the possible return consistent with his portfolio strategy.

The literature differs between a donation-based, a reward-based, a debt-based, and an equity-based type, whereat the law requires different claims. NPO's usually make use of donation-based crowd funding systems, whereas start-up companies try to use the equity-based or debt-based type to make an investment more attractive to the crowd. The JOBS-act enables start-up companies to collect equity or debt through crowd funding by limiting the requirements for these kind of companies to facilitate them an easier access to the financial market. Up to now, many online in-termediaries use a gap in law to provide equity-based crowd funding by building up so called angel groups through the registration of crowd funder. This club enables them investing in crowd funding without respecting the current legal requirements. Summing up, start-up companies are dependent on crowd funding as they will not get equity through the common way by asking banks or investment companies for loans. Crowd funding is an excellent opportunity and way to transform business ideas into real life business.

Master's Thesis from the year 2015 in the subject Economics - Monetary theory and policy, grade: 1, University of applied sciences, Nurnberg, course: International Management, language: English, abstract: With the launch of the Eurozone as a monetary union and the EU as a supranational amalgamation of sovereign countries, the European debt crisis tangents nearly all member states and does not limit itself to several countries. Exactly here the shoe pinches, as former national problems transferred into international challenges with economic and social costs for a higher group of states which have to bear the consequences. The first problem is, that the stability-oriented monetary policy of the ECB turned into crisis-oriented operations and unconventional monetary decisions which potentially will convert in real consequences for the EMU states and cause economic costs. Second, the European debt crisis is not solved by bailing out countries like the PIIGS states, as governments still increase their public debts, the EU and its institutions only achieve a suspension of the problem but does not resolve it by the roots. Most of the so called PIIGS states, did not use the low-interest period to remove the debt level and to reform their economic structure for a higher economic competitiveness which would have an effect on the GDP. Rather, some states increased their public debts and had a decrease in the GDP, which definitely turns into a grave situation.
