After studying, interviewing, and working with many “successful” and “unsuccessful” people,  it has become extremely clear that we all live our lives in accordance with the same key principles. All throughout human history, there has been a small percentage of people who have what seems to be an unnatural ability to attract wisdom, success, happiness, luck, and much more. This ability is natural, In fact, scientists can prove that this ability is something that most of us are naturally able to practice and improve. Finding evidence of this knowledge, and learning to practice and understand it for myself has significantly improved my personal life in all aspects and in a surprisingly short period of time. I sincerely wish that this gift could be shared with as many people as possible.

Johanna Schmidt untersucht die in 2011 eingeführten §§ 198 ff. GVG im Lichte der Anforderungen der EMRK und der Rechtspraxis. Schwerpunkte sind dabei die kritische Würdigung des Gesetzes über den Rechtsschutz bei überlangen Gerichtsverfahren und strafrechtlichen Ermittlungsverfahren sowie ein Rechtsvergleich u.a. mit Italien. Die Autorin beleuchtet den gesetzlichen Rahmen für beschleunigte Strafverfahren, um die notwendigen Folgerungen für das Prozessrecht zu erarbeiten. Dabei nimmt die Studie Instrumente zur Verfahrensbeschleunigung sowie zur Entlastung der Justiz in den Blick. Ebenso werden etablierte Kompensationswege systematisch analysiert. Das Buch zeigt auf, inwiefern die beschleunigenden Maßnahmen in der Gesamtschau als ungenügend im Sinne der Rechtsschutzanforderungen der EMRK bewertet werden müssen. Auch andere Rechtsordnungen legen den Fokus auf Prävention oder Kompensation. Umfassender Rechtsschutz ist aber nur in der Kombination zu gewährleisten.
