Meanwhile, the words “Demon Lord” immediately conjure up the image of some evil old geezer, so who is this beautiful woman supposed to be?!

A month has passed since the cease-fire with the Demon Army, and now that the teleporter is online, Kisaragi has sent a mutant to help the invasion get back on track. But the evil organization’s plans are derailed once again when Six is dispatched on a diplomatic mission to relieve the kingdom of Grace’s terrible drought-a problem he caused by changing a rainmaking artifact’s password into something that can’t be printed on the back of a book. Is Six really the right man for the job…?

While Six is attending to the urgent business of peeking up the skirt of his (male) former mortal enemy, he gets a request from Grimm to help her prepare for the upcoming Undead Festival, where spirits of the departed actually return to the land of the living. Is it fifinally this useless archbishop’s time to shine?! It may have to be, as Six soon gets sidelined with new orders from Kisaragi-to construct a new, properly fortifified base for the evil organization to stage its invasion from. But since he doesn’t have nearly enough Evil Points to accomplish that, he’ll have to resort to his most heinous measures yet...

Problem after problem keeps cropping up at the Undead Festival—Agent Ten gets busted for his nighttime activities in Tillis’s room, Snow gets roped into scamming innocent festival attendees, and Rose starts a new life as...an old man’s dog?! Grimm, as the festival’s organizer, is the only one of them trying to take things seriously for once, but all those issues are going to look like child’s play compared to the return from the dead of...someone Six didn’t really bother to remember!

After the Grace Branch base blows up yet again, Six gets fed up with the total lack of headway on the invasion and bends the truth just a teeeensy bit in his report by saying the construction is fully complete. As a result, he’s able to trick Kisaragi into sending Lilith, the smartest of the Supreme Leaders—responsible for amazing inventions like the process for creating mutants and the high-tech weaponry and gadgets all combat agents rely on—to assist him and Alice in person. Now that she’s on the job, they’re sure to start making major progress...if they can get her to stop crying over the lack of internet, video games, and all the other staples of her gremlin lifestyle...
