It is the worldwide network of computers that connects people across the whole world. Internet has more power over any other sources of information like TVs, radios, newspapers, etc. There are millions of networks, search engines, millions of computers and some billions of internet users out there. Internet is used for every minute of things and with the fast-growing technologies in the world, there is no doubt in saying that people get glues to their computer or phone screens and are having less relativity with the world in person as everything has become digital. Youth is being attracted to the negative content which is the main cause of cybercrimes and cyberbullying. Uses and gratification is an age-old theory of communication and research so this study includes the uses and gratification study for the internet media. The objectives of this study are to know the internet usage behavior among the millennials in Hyderabad. This study also helps to understand least and most used activity for which internet is used. The data is collected with the help of primary and secondary sources of data. The primary data is collected using a structured questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale to measure the variables, and the secondary data is collected using various internet sources. The collected data is further analyzed using the statistical tool i.e. Exploratory Factor Analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 20.0 software. This study is useful to know the internet usages among the youngsters in Hyderabad. From this study it is found that internet is mostly used for enhancement of creativity, Global exposure, Social relationships, Adaptability, Pastime, Stress relief, improve work efficiency, expression of opinion, job opportunities and improving ideology.

Therefore, to retain their existing customers and make them loyal, the businesses have understood the importance of customer loyalty programs. But they are unable to develop and maintain an appropriate loyalty program. Therefore, the aim of this study is to understand the importance of customer loyalty application provided by third party and to determine the various factors which influence the decision of the merchants to select a customer loyalty application provided by third party. To achieve the objectives, data from various merchants was collected. The research methodology used in this research report is quantitative in nature, where primary data was collected from respondents using structured questionnaire. The respondents were asked various questions, where few questions were open-ended questions, some questions had multiple options, and the remaining questions were to be rated on a Likert scale. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS tool. Two types of analysis were performed on the data: Frequency Analysis and Factor Analysis.

In present scenario customers are busy that they don't have enough chance and time to go to shopping centers and purchase the things they need, everybody likes to do online shopping. In online, Product assortment is very huge to choose, and make immediate comparison in price, quality, variety, colour and also get product based information like customer feedback. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the Factors Influencing Consumer Perception towards Online Shopping . The objective for this research is to know the customer perception and identify the factors which influence the online customer s. A quantitative research design which is descriptive and exploratory in nature was selected to gain insights about customer perception towards online shopping. The questionnaire prepared by using Likert s five-point scale ranging from (1-5) where 1 Means not at all important and 5 Means most important .The research has taken use of closed ended questions. The data collection was done over a period of 8 weeks this was done by going directly to the respondents or through mails. A total number of respondents taken for this study are 154. The collected data is analyzed in statistical method of factor analysis in the IBM SPSS 20.0 software. The data collected on 30 variables was deducted into five factors in the software and analyzed accordingly. The survey revealed that different customers have different perception towards online shopping; most of them having a very good attitude towards online shopping but there are certain customer who still find difficulties or we can say apart from several benefits has some disadvantage in mind of customer. Customer perception keeps on changing with time to time which is to be taken in the consideration.The most important factors that can be taken into account to understand the Internet shopping (Customer Service, Convenience, Experience, Value added service and Product related information).

On the other hand, India has 2nd largest Twitter users in Asia-Pacific region with 23.2 million users. India contributes a great part in social media networking sites. A huge contribution is by the youngsters who are involved in communicating and interacting with friends and family. Social media is also being used for educational purposes in order to make the students understand things better. Employees are using social media to relieve their stress and increase their professional networks. Businesses are also using social media networking sites to stay in touch with their current customers and search for potential customers. Social media is a platform which is being used for different purposes by different type of people. This study is being carried out to understand the usage behavior of working professional towards social media. It shall also help to identify the factors that influence the social media usage behavior among the working professionals. The study focuses on identifying which sites do professionals prefer in case of non-professionals social media networking sites. Quantitative research was selected to collect numerical data and Descriptive research method was adopted to conduct surveys. In case of sampling technique, Convenience sampling was adopted and the sample of study extended to 126 respondents. The data was collected through Questionnaires that aimed at the preference of non-professional sites and the factors that influence the usage of social media among professionals.
