This volume LNCS 15277 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 18th Ibero-American Conference on AI, IBERAMIA 2024, held in Montevideo, Uruguay, during November 13–15, 2024. The 36 full papers presented together with 14 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 96 submissions.
