We’re here to blow apart some of the myths that prevent older workers from fully participating in the world of work. Work is the cornerstone of purpose, income and connection - typically denied to people as they get older either directly through ageism or indirectly through the misselling of the retirement dream. The book is broken into two sections. Part One: This is a wake up call: readers need to understand the size and scale of the problem to ready themselves for the changes they need to make.
