Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Gesundheitswissenschaften - Gesundheitspsychologie, Note: 1,7, FOM Hochschule fur Oekonomie & Management gemeinnutzige GmbH, Koln, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit widmet sich der Frage, inwiefern Ernahrung einen Einfluss auf das psychische Wohlbefinden hat. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird dabei auf Menschen mit einer unipolaren Depression gesetzt. Die Arbeit ist in funf Teile gegliedert. Nach der Einleitung in die Thematik folgt im zweiten Teil der theoretische Hintergrund und eine Ubersicht der aktuellen Studienerkenntnisse zum Einfluss von Nahrstoffen sowie dem Darmmikrobiom auf die Psyche. Ziel des Literaturteils ist nicht nur die Darstellung des aktuellen Forschungsstandes, sondern ebenso die Ableitung von Hypothesen, die anschlieend durch die eigene empirische Untersuchung uberpruft werden. Das dritte Kapitel beinhaltet den empirischen Teil, in welchem die Methodik im Detail beschrieben wird und Aufschluss uber die Erhebung sowie die Datenauswertung gibt. Darauffolgend werden die Erkenntnisse aus der vorliegenden Untersuchung im Ergebnisteil beschrieben und dargestellt. Im vierten Kapitel werden die Ergebnisse aus den dargestellten Studien und den selbst erhobenen Daten diskutiert und interpretiert. Abschlie end rundet das letzte Kapitel durch das Fazit und der dort enthaltene Ausblick die vorliegende Arbeit ab.
