This book constitutes the proceedings of the 47th International Workshop on Graph-Theoretic Concepts in Computer Science which was held during June 23–25, 2021. The conference was planned to take place in Warsaw, Poland, but changed to an online event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 30 full papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 73 submissions. Part III presentscomplexity results and lower bounds, giving negative evidence by way of W[1]-hardness, the Exponential Time Hypothesis, and kernelization lower bounds.All the results and concepts are introduced at a level accessible to graduate students and advanced undergraduate students.
