This two-volume set LNICST 280-281 constitutes the post-conference proceedings of the 10th EAI International Conference on Wireless and Satellite Services, WiSATS 2019, held in Harbin, China, in January 2019. The 23 revised full papers were reviewed and selected from 59 submissions and are organized in tracks on Middleware, Wireless, and Future Networks; Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Information Network; and Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Intelligent Information Processing, Decision and Planning.

This book brings together papers from the 2019 International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Systems, which was held in Urumqi, China, on July 20–22, 2019. Presenting the latest developments and discussing the interactions and links between these multidisciplinary fields, the book spans topics ranging from communications to signal processing and systems.
