Nnedi Okorafor – författare

Nnedi Okorafors hyllade och prisbelönade Bintitrilogi äntligen på svenska. När den unga himba-flickan Binti antas till det prestigefyllda intergalaktiska Oomza-universitetet blir det början på ett äventyr inom den genre som Okorafor själv kallar för African futurism. Därefter publicerades Hemkomsten 2017 och Nattens magiska mask 2018 – böcker som lovordades av giganter som Neil Gaiman och just Le Guin. I år har samtliga kortromaner översatts till välstämd svenska av Maria Lundgren. Det är bara att gratulera, för så här bra science fiction når sällan backstugor och torp."
