This book contains the papers presented at the First International Conference on Innovations in Intelligent Computing and Communication, ICIICC 2021, held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, in December, 2022.

The 31 full papers presented were thoroughly reviewed and selected from 78 submissions. They are divided in three tracks with the following topics: ​Intelligent Computing; Communications; and Machine Learning and Data Analytics.

The 3 revised full and 7 revised short papers, along with 1 poster paper, presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 144 submissions. The theme of CSI 2021, Digital Democracy – IT for Change, was selected to present the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in political and governance processes. The papers focus on topics such as digital democracy, digital communication, digital analytics and digital security.

This volume presents the peer-reviewed proceedings of the XXIII DAE-BRNS High Energy Physics Symposium 2018, which was held at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, on 10-15 December 2018.
