Freud, Klein and Bion have provided the most relevant and substantial contributions to psychoanalytical theory and praxis. Klein was very much Freudian and Bion was both. There is undoubtedly a progressive epistemological evolution in their creativity; it will be similar to observe the same phenomenon by changing the objective of a microscope from a lower to a higher resolution power. Although it is quite possible that many will consider this book irreverent or disrespectful of ideas or institutions, the author is certain that they will also perceive it as a defender of women and their unquestionable transcendence throughout history. The main ideas the author now shares publicly, are ones the author has considered for many years: the classification of the 'Eves', the masochistic character of women, the concept of giraffe women, etc.. This book offers an original conception of trauma and of the working mind that has not been previously presented. It is mostly based on essentials taken from Bion's contributions. All human beings are fatalistically marked by the presence and eventual disappearance of primary part-objects. Many of these 'presence-absences' are temporary events, but others will overcome Freud's "protective shield" and become permanent, amounting to an enduring distress or "pre-conceptual trauma". Like the Mad Hatter's teatime in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, pre-conceptual traumas become an eternal 'now' that are continuously projected everywhere. They structure the specific idiosyncrasy of every human and split the mind in two opposite states, the traumatized and the non-traumatized. Tentatively, the spirit and fundamental nature of the absolute ubiquity and meaning of pre-conceptual traumas could be forumulated as being diachronically structured in terms of a narrative of conjoined presences of absences, ones which stand for highly toxic and emotionally organised 'parasites' that inhabit the unconscious mind from very early, and which feed on time and space, inhibit processes of symbolization, are projected everywhere, and reproduce themselves incessantly. They thereby determine not only all forms of psychopathology, but also the idiosyncrasy of every existing individual.

Hay indudablemente una progresiva epistemología evolutiva en la creatividad de los tres: sería similar a observar un objeto, en la medida que cambiamos sucesivamente los objetivos de un microscopio, desde el lente más pequeño hasta el de mayor poder de resolución. Esta analogía nos permite tener una mejor comprensión sobre la fisiología de la mente, en la medida que la comprensión de sus abstracciones y la revelación de sus secretos se ha ido revelando. Si pensáramos, por otra parte, que el psicoanálisis, al igual que la religión, encarnase diferentes creencias, de que existen los freudianos, los kleinianos y los bionianos, como doctrinas completamente diferentes, tendríamos entonces una visión completamente errada. Por cuanto en realidad solo existe "una mente única" aunque diferentes observadores, similar a como nos lo muestra la conocida parábola de los ciegos y el elefante.
