This book is a continuation of a series of presentations given at the III International Conference "Ecosystems Without Borders: Opportunities and Challenges" held at the Kaliningrad State Technical University in September 2023.The book presents research reflecting the transformation of ecosystems in the context of innovative development, science, technology and business.
