This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 21st International Conference on Intelligent Tutoring Systems, ITS 2025, held in Alexandroupolis, Greece, during  June 2–6, 2025.The 21 full papers, 27 short papers and 5 posters included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 67 submissions.  The papers are organized in the following topical conference tracks:Part I: Generative Tutoring Systems. The goal of this part is to show how new techniques inspired by artificial intelligence (AI) and new methods in education can improve learning, teaching, and generate the capacity for knowledge acquisition and much more. Part II: Application areas, environments, and techniques for AI systems. This part shows the progress of research investigating the different application areas (such as education, health), techniques (such as neural networks, data mining, natural language processing) and environments (such as games, virtual reality, cognitive robots) for effective AI systems.

Eine Annäherung an die Geschichte des Landes Niedersachsen anhand von 75 Dokumenten aus dem Niedersächsischen Landesarchiv.Am 1. November 2021 wird das Land Niedersachsen 75 Jahre alt. Von der Gründung des Landes im Jahr 1946 bis heute haben die Geschehnisse aus dieser Zeit eine Fülle an Material hinterlassen: Spuren der Vergangenheit, die das Niedersächsische Landesarchiv in seinen sieben Abteilungen verwahrt. Mit 75 ausgewählten Dokumenten gibt das Landesarchiv Einblick in diese umfangreiche und breit gefächerte schriftliche Überlieferung, die vor allem aus den Behörden, Gerichten und sonstigen Stellen des Landes stammt. Sie stehen in besonderer Weise für bedeutende Ereignisse und Entwicklungen in der Geschichte des Bundeslandes und seiner Regionen und werden von Archivar / Innen und Historiker / Innen des Landesarchivs in 75 Beiträgen in ihren historischen Kontext eingeordnet. Daraus entsteht ein Kaleidoskop an Themen, das dazu anregt, die Geschichte von Gesellschaft, Politik, Wirtschaft und Kultur in Niedersachsen neu zu entdecken: von der schwierigen Nachkriegszeit über strukturelle und gesellschaftliche Wandlungsprozesse bis hin zu den Auswirkungen der Wiedervereinigung und aktuellen Themen der jüngsten Vergangenheit.
