Das Zentrum für Seelsorge ist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Seelsorgepraxis, Aus- und Fortbildung und wissenschaftlich-theologisch fundierter Poimenik, die von der Evangelischen Landeskirche in Baden sowie von der Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg verantwortet wird. Seit nun zwölf Jahren besteht das Zentrum und hat durch die Herausforderungen von gesellschaftlichen und kirchlichen Strukturveränderungen, theologischen Begriffsbildungen und Entwicklungen in der Landschaft der seelsorglichen Aus- und Fortbildung ebenfalls eine dynamische Wandlungsgeschichte mitvollzogen.Im Jubiläumsband kommen verschiedene Stimmen zu Wort, die historische Transformationsprozesse beschreiben, auf gegenwärtige Trends eingehen, theologische, pastoralpsychologische und interdisziplinäre Perspektiven ausloten, Praxiskonzepte sowie künftige Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze dazu bedenken. The Center has now been in existence for 12 years and has also undergone a dynamic history of change due to the challenges of social and ecclesiastical structural changes, the formation of theological concepts and developments in the pastoral training landscape. In the anniversary volume, various voices describe historical transformation processes, respond to current trends, offer theological reflections, line out practical concepts and explore future tasks and possible solutions.
