Der Inhalt:Der Klausurenkurs mit Repetitorium gibt dem Leser einen verlässlichen Leitfaden zur Vorbereitung auf die Klausuren aus diesen Rechtsgebieten im Examen an die Hand. Typische Musterklausuren werden exemplarisch und realitätsnah gelöst, mit dem Ziel der Einarbeitung in die Technik der Fallbearbeitung und der Einübung typischer Argumentationsmuster. Vorüberlegungen und eine vorangestellte knappe Lösungsskizze dienen der raschen ersten Orientierung. Die Entstehung der Lösung kann anhand von ausformulierten Musterlösungen sodann Schritt für Schritt nachvollzogen werden. Auf jede Falllösung folgt ein Abschnitt "Repetitorium", in dem das Wichtigste zu besonders klausurrelevanten Problemen zusammengefasst und somit die Möglichkeit der vertiefenden Wiederholung unter Zugrundelegung der Lehrbücher eröffnet wird.Die in diesem Band enthaltenen 18 Fälle und die ihnen zugeordneten Repetitorien vermitteln den Kernbestand des familien- bzw. erbrechtlichen Wissens und decken damit die prüfungsrelevanten Fragenkreise zu einem erheblichen Teil ab.
