I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005. I have mentored many new Realtor's right after they are registered and I see mistakes that they make time after time. The same mistakes that I had made when I first registered as a Realtor. The things you need to focus on when you go into Real Estate are:NOT wasting time or money on activities that generate you no income and can end up dragging you down.DO go out and practice the skills covered in this book so that WHEN you are dealing with Buyers and Sellers for the first time you come across as professional and are practiced and accomplished at the basics.DO stay on the right side of the rules. If I had only known then what I knew now…. It is not just myself either. Most Realtors need to be more focused and not waste precious time and money on time wasters. If you are a Realtor then these are the actions and activities you should be doing NOW right after registration. Not waiting for later.Don't be caught in the traps and pitfalls that other new Realtor's hit. Make the first two years as productive as any experienced Realtor's.If you want to be successful as a self-employed Realtor and make the big money that you waste less time doing administrative work when you finish the last course and can instead focus on generating leads and working on money making transactions. If you would like to see what else is coming out over the next few months then check out my website or drop me a line!It is always a good time to get involved with real estate!Good luck!

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005. I have mentored many new Realtor's right after they are registered and I see mistakes that they make time after time. The same mistakes that I had made when I first registered as a Realtor.Even though I had family who had been in the business and I had worked as the equivalent of an unlicensed assistant it had been a long time. So years later I started taking my courses and I knew some of what I should do. I still ended up wasting my time and money when I was fully registered. If I had only known then what I knew now…. It is not just myself either. Most people looking at taking the Real Estate courses are in the same position. In Canada or the US these are the actions and activities you should be doing NOW before you are fully registered.Don't be caught in the traps and pitfalls that other new Realtor's hit. Make the first six months as productive as any experienced Realtor's six months.Actions and activities you need to work on from before you take the first course all the way through to when you finally finish your last course and are signing up with a Real Estate Company. This book is not about the real estate courses you could, or are taking. If you follow the direction within this book it will mean that you waste less time doing administrative work when you finish the last course and can instead focus on generating leads and working on money making transactions.

Have you ever sold a home and paid thousands of dollars in commissions and then wondered why you paid that money out when you only saw your Realtor for maybe twenty hours over those weeks?Do you really think it would be nice to have a job where you could become a Realtor and be on the golf course every day in the summer? Go overseas on a nice two week vacation in Europe every year? Or maybe the thought of staying local in the nice cabin you could buy up north on the lake is more attractive.Just looking at Realtors most people see the power suits, a nice car and a life style that is amazing.Have you thought about going into Real Estate as a profession yourself? Before you go off and start taking courses you need to see a bit more of the industry. You need to know the correct questions to ask and this will give you those along with a bit more information.Thinking about hiring a Realtor to help you buy or sell a home? Feeling like you should only pay $500 to list your home for sale because Realtors don't really "e;do"e; anything?Read this and get a better understanding of what Realtors do and the other unseen side of Real Estate.
