Illustrated through embroidery, this debut picture book tells the story of how a friendship may tangle and fray when one friend moves away, but threads of connection will always tie them together. Sunny and Jemma are best friends. They love splashing in puddles, flying their kite, and playing with Jemma's puppy. Until the day two little words change everything: "I'm moving." With Jemma across the country, Sunny feels the nature of their friendship slowly but surely start to change. What will it mean if their connection unravels? And is it ever okay for growing up to mean growing apart? This heartfelt exploration of the life cycle of friendship is lovingly rendered in beautiful embroidered artwork that is sure to stitch itself into readers' hearts.
