Suimei and two of his best friends find themselves mysteriously summoned to another world. There’s a cute princess, magic galore, a Demon Lord that needs to be defeated, and a world that needs to be saved—the works! Too bad Suimei isn’t interested. His friends are all too ready to play the parts of heroes, but Suimei just wants to get home. He has an advantage as a magician... but he’s in for a rude awakening when he finds out what actually passes for magic in these parts.

Finally striking out on his own, Suimei departs the castle and heads to the capital to join up with the local branch of the Adventurer’s Guild. He meets a beautiful and talented young woman there who’s received a strange bit of advice from the oracle. They both join up, and Suimei begins his new life as... a totally average mage in this world? What is he thinking? And what of Reiji, Mizuki, and Titania? How will any of them handle their first encounter with a real demon?

Suimei continues on his journey towards the Nelferian Empire, now with Lefille in tow. He has to add her new “problem” to his growing to-do list, but it won’t be the only thing he’s worried about by the time they get to the capital city. A strange military figure doesn’t seem to take kindly to their presence there. Meanwhile, Reiji, Mizuki, and Titania’s demon subjugation is put on temporary hold for an emergency rescue mission. They’ll make an interesting discovery or two along the way. And just where is Felmenia in all of this?

Suimei finally has his base set up, new housemate and all, and is primed to devote himself to his research in trying to find a way back home. But things are never that simple for our hard-luck anti-hero from another world. There’s still a shadow on the loose in the city and an unfinished duel with a real hero to settle, but to make matters worse, someone new seems to have taken an interest in Suimei and his affairs. Meanwhile, Reiji and the others continue their own quest to save the world, which may take an unexpected turn.

After the dramatic events that transpired in the imperial capital, Suimei feels like he’s gotten what he can out of the Empire for now. Following a clue discovered in the book Felmenia brought to him from Astel’s royal library, he sets off on the next leg of his journey with the court mage, spirit swordswoman, and reformed dark magic user in tow. What awaits them in the Saadias Alliance? And what’s this about a third hero? Moreover, what of the dark forces that are now working in the shadows?

Suimei is finally reunited with Hatsumi, but it seems that demons aren’t all they have to worry about these days. Who is this mysterious dragonnewt, and what does he want with the hero? Suimei isn’t willing to let her go without a fight, but Eanru might not be the only one after her. Meanwhile, Reiji and his newly expanded group take up their quest to locate a legendary weapon that might help in the war against the demons. With enemies all around them, there just might be a strange new ally on the horizon, too.

Reiji’s party meets back up with Suimei and company to discuss the various threats challenging them now. Is there a dark connection they’ve been overlooking this whole time? Either way, it’ll be hard for them to put their heads together when Suimei is still keeping secrets. Will he finally be able to come clean with his friends? And just how are they going to deal with the colorful new interloper in the group? They’ll need to figure out something with what they have coming...

After a bewildering end to the clash with the demons in the Empire, Suimei discovers he has more enemies in this world than he thought. Meanwhile, the intentions of the Universal Apostles are still hazy at best, and Duke Hadorious still has a hostage he can use against Suimei and the others. Will Reiji’s new power be enough to protect them from all the looming threats? Picking themselves up after the battle will be hard, but then it’s time to prepare for an unexpected journey... to the pool?

Suimei has finally figured out a way to get home, but it’s too soon to celebrate. Suimei’s return to his own world is less of a homecoming and more of a pit stop on a much larger and much, much more dangerous journey. Suimei needs to amass as many allies and resources as he can if he has a prayer of defeating his nemesis once and for all... But that’s going to get a little tricky if he’s babysitting the entire time. The girls are in for a surprise in this world where science is king!

With Suimei back in his own world temporarily, Reiji’s party goes to Astel to report on recent matters to the king. But while there, they suddenly find themselves besieged by a demon army that appeared out of nowhere!

Reiji sets forth with his Sacrament in hand, but Astel’s army is still on the ropes. Will Reiji and his party be able to hold back the invasion long enough for there to still be a world for Suimei to return to?

Cursed with a naturally low supply of aether, Arcus Raytheft is disinherited and shunned by his family. Things start to change when he experiences another man’s life through a dream—a dream that shows him marvelous technological wonders that don’t exist in his world. Armed with this new knowledge, Arcus sets about showing his parents that they were wrong about him. Surely an arsenal of mind-blowing spells will be enough to convince them you don’t need aether to succeed?

Having come a long way since his disinheritance, Arcus is introduced to his very own servant: Noah Ingvayne, the “winter wunderkind,” brought in not only to aid with Arcus’s invention, but also to help him further his magic and combat studies. Speaking of the aethometer, it’s time to introduce it to the Guildmaster...

Meanwhile, Lecia’s father takes her to a party thrown by one Cau Gaston as preparation to take up the mantle of heir to the Raytheft house. Troubling rumors surround the party’s host, but surely Lecia is too young to have to worry about them...right? With dark dealings threatening his sister’s safety, it’s up to Arcus to face one of the most powerful nobles in the land.

Arcus is still leveraging his otherworldly scientific knowledge to improve his magic. On hearing news that Lecia, his beloved sister, had been kidnapped, Arcus set off to rescue her, only to be thrown into the Holy Tower. There, he runs into an old friend...or rather, enemy. They say no one can escape the Tower, but if he doesn’t, there’s no telling what might happen to Lecia...

It’s hard being a modern magician in another world!

While his best friend Reiji sets off on a quest to subjugate the Demon Lord, Suimei is fighting off palace intrigue and departing on a journey of his own—one he hopes will help him find a way back home. First stop? The local branch of the adventurer’s guild where new challenges and allies await. But when he’s put to the test, can he rise to the occasion without blowing his cover?

Journey on!

Suimei takes his first job, escorting a trade caravan to the Nelferian Empire. He’s in for a pleasant surprise when he finds out Lefille’s taken the same job, but sunny skies quickly turn ominous as a perfect storm of chaos and intrigue looms on the horizon. It turns out Suimei and Lefille will hit danger, darkness, blood, and betrayal—all before they even reach the Empire. Meanwhile, Reiji and his group hit their own patch of rough weather.

Suimei and Lefille continue on their journey together towards the Empire, but stumbling across a grievously wounded survivor from a second attack on the trade corps sends Lefille running in the other direction. Suimei chases after her, but knows what lies in store. As it turns out, their encounter with the demon army isn’t over—in fact, it’s only just getting started. Can Lefille confront her dark past and take down Rajas? Or will fighting her own demons prove to be too much?

Suimei and Lefille settle down in Filas Philia in hopes of actually getting some research done at the imperial library, but little do they know of the dark secrets haunting the capital’s streets. A series of strange incidents has all of Filas Philia on guard, and Suimei may unwittingly be sticking his nose right in the thick of it. The more immediate threat, however, comes in the form of a boy named Elliot... who is threatening to take Lefille away by divine order of the Goddess!

Suimei’s now saddled with two time-sensitive jobs: finding the culprit behind the mysterious incidents in the capital, and finding a way to heal his arm. When he finally unmasks the shadow stalking the city streets, however, he comes to realize that resolving both cases is going to mean facing the darkness firsthand... But how does one confront malice incarnate? Will Suimei be able to save both himself and Liliana? Moreover, what is he going to do now that the imperial princess is inserting herself into the investigation?

Suimei is now hot on the trail of the real evil lurking in the shadows of the imperial capital. Before he can get back to business, however, he has to prove his worth to Princess Graziella, AKA the infamously powerful Geo Malifex. He’ll be hard pressed to win against her in his current compromised condition, but fortunately for Suimei, he’s got more than just magicka on his side. When the dust settles, will he still be able to save Liliana... from her past, her darkness, and even her own father?

Suimei’s ongoing—and increasingly dangerous—showdown with Princess Graziella manages to catch the attention of some unexpected reinforcements. When help arrives, he can finally break away from the fight and confront the real mastermind behind the coma incidents. Can Suimei clear Liliana’s name and settle things once and for all? His friends will have to hold off the raging imperial princess in order to buy him time... but can they do it on their own?

Suimei and company’s showdown with the imperial princess comes to an unexpectedly...diplomatic... conclusion, marking the end to the mysterious coma incidents in the capital. Suimeihas his suspicions, but he doesn’t have long to dwell on them. Between trying to find a wayhome and trying to survive a threat from within, he’s busier than ever. And that’s all before awhole host of new evil rears its ugly head in the capital. Just how much longer is Suimei going tobe able to keep playing dumb about his true power?
