Veni Sancte Spiritus

for SSA and organ or piano Sarah Quartel's Veni Sancte Spiritus is a tranquil setting of passages from a 13th-century sacred Latin text and its English translation. The opening rising vocal lines and powerful chordal climax instil the hopeful message of the text. The voices are underpinned by a supportive accompaniment that is suitable for organ or piano.
