R. Condor and H. H. Kitchener, later Lord Kitchener. We have added the one volume of the Survey of Eastern Palestine to comply with the intention of the original surveyors. The dates 1882-1888 are relevant to the original publication of the volumes rather than the dates of the survey itself.
