This book concentrates on linear regression, path analysis and logistic regressions, the most used statistical techniques for the test of causal relationships. Its emphasis is on the conceptions and applications of the techniques by using simple examples without requesting any mathematical knowledge. This book presents qualitative findings from the Creativity Education Program, designed to be a valuable resource for educators. Creativity is essential to the survival and growth of a society. More than any other factor, teachers can play a more effective role in the development of students' creativity due to their extensive relationships with students. Thus, it can be said that teachers play a crucial role in students' creative experiences. But the questions are: Do our teachers understand the importance of their role? Have our teachers been able to stimulate students' creativity? What is the position of creativity in our classrooms? The approach teachers use to instruct and their classroom management strategies have a direct impact on enriching the classroom environment to foster and develop students' creativity. In light of this critical role, the author developed a "Creativity Education Program" based on thirty years of scientific and practical experience. This program was evaluated through several stages of research to assess its impact. The evaluation aimed to explore the effects of the program on teachers' knowledge, attitudes, and skills, as well as on students' creativity. The statistical results demonstrated a positive and significant impact; however, the qualitative findings of the program proved to be even more meaningful than the quantitative results. It provides practical insights that educators can immediately apply in their classrooms to foster creativity.

The appropriate level of urban design – global or local – is another critical and emerging question discussed. At the end, an integrative theory of urban design is introduced, on the basis of which a set of principles is developed for application by practicing urban designers. These principles are presented at three essential levels: general, global and local-Iranian. Toward an Integrative Theory of Urban Design is intended to dispel many of the ambiguities still troubling urban design as a discipline and profession.

This book takes the reader on a journey from the moment that raw wood material enters the factory to the final pellet consumption. It starts by reviewing biomass application and its role for the future development of renewable energies, discussing different biomass conversion methods as alternatives to direct utilization. The second chapter then comprehensively examines densification processes, with a focus on the pelleting process. Chapter three further elaborates on the pelleting process, including an overview of the pellet structure and properties, and the history of this process. The subsequent chapters provide a detailed account of the production process from raw material delivery to final distribution, addressing the chemical and physical quality, and presenting measurement methods and standards. In the final chapters, the authors describe in detail the pellet combustion process and emissions.
