Dr. Toloo’s areas of interest include Operations Research, Decision Analysis, PerformanceEvaluation, Multi-Objective Programming, and Mathematical Modelling. He has contributed to numerous international conferencesas a chair, keynote speaker, and member of the scientific committee.
