    Emad Yaghmaei is Managing Director at YAGHMA B.V. and Senior Researcher at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology. The emphasis of his research and consulting works are on innovation and management of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to identify and alleviate their social impacts. He develops, customizes, and refines impact monitoring systems that foresees the intended and non-intended ethical, societal, legal, environmental and governance impacts of projects involving new technologies and their outcomes. His current consultancy activities include Artificial Intelligence (AI) Impact/Risk assessment, AI auditing, AI Taxonomy (tailored and sectoral AI Taxonomy), Trustworthy AI & Responsible Digital Solutions, and Ethics Technology Assessment (eTA).Helena Webb is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. She is an experienced socio-technical researcher, working on projects that explore the connections between computing and society. She specialises in the use of qualitative methods and has a particular interest in research to foster responsible innovation for social good. Recently she has been involved in projects on responsible AI in policing, online platforms, and the creative arts. She publishes her work in social science, computer science and interdisciplinary venues, and has written extensively on topics related to AI ethics, trustworthiness and accountability.Carina Prunkl is Assistant Professor for Ethics of Technology at Utrecht University and a Research Affiliate at Oxford's Institute for Ethics in AI. She previously worked at the Future of Humanity Institute and the Institute for Ethics in AI. Her research focuses on human autonomy, algorithmic fairness, AI risk, and community governance. She is Co-PI of the interdisciplinary UKRI-funded project CHAILD (children's agency in the age of AI: leveraging interdisciplinarity), which aims to develop and promote agency-fostering systems for children. Carina holds a MSc in Physics from Freie Universität Berlin, a MSt in Philosophy of Physics and a DPhil in Philosophy from the University of Oxford.Gary Marchant, Ph.D., J.D., M.P.P., is Regents' Professor and Faculty Director of the Center for Law, Science & Innovation at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University (ASU). Professor Marchant's research interests include the governance of emerging technologies such as genomics, biotechnology, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, quantum technology, and blockchain. He has served on seven National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) consensus committees (chairing two), and has been elected as a lifetime member of the American Law Institute and a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.Josh Lee Kok Thong is the Managing Director (APAC) of the Future of Privacy Forum and Advisor (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) in Rajah & Tann Asia. Prior to this, Josh was a policymaker in the Singapore Government. Josh is a member of Singapore's Law Reform Subcommittee for Robotics and AI. Josh was also a chapter author for the pioneering book Law and Technology in Singapore. Josh obtained his LL.M. (from Berkeley Law in 2022. He was also named to the school's Dean's List for academic excellence, and was the LL.M. Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Josh received his LL.B. from the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law in 2015, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016.
