He has co-authored numerous articles and books on Anti-Dumping law.Wolfgang Mueller is Head of the policy unit responsible for trade defense investigations and bilateral ralations within DG Trade. He has co-authored numerous articles and books on Anti-Dumping law.Tibor Scharf is a member of the Legal Service of the European Commission, working in the External Relations team. He has written numerous chapters and articles on Anti-Dumping law and state aid.
