His previous publications include The Financing of American Higher Education: A Bibliographic Handbook, (1984), guides to the use of research collection in microform, and selected reference works on higher education.BETTY W. CHAN is Assistant Head of Information Services and Head of Government Documents at Drake Memorial Library, SUNY College, Brockport. Her publications include Sports and Physical Education: A Guide to the Reference Resources (Greenwood Press, 1983).SARAH HAMMOND was an Assistant Librarian at Drake Memorial Library and is currently associated with the Zebra Mussel Information Clearinghouse (Sea-Grant Extension), SUNY College, Brockport.GREGORY M. TOTH is a Reference Librarian at Drake Memorial Library, SUNY College, Brockport. He was formerly an Assistant Professor of English in the Virginia Community College System and a reference librarian and humanities bibliographer at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
