His work focuses on mathematical pathophysiology, physiology, electrochemical signaling, excitable cells, and stress- and lifestyle-associated diseases. He is the author of books published by Academic Press/Elsevier, including works on calcium signaling in cardiac and smooth muscle, electrochemical dynamics in excitable cells, and clinical pathophysiology of hypertension and diabetes.
