Ken Holden is Head of Department and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Accounting at the University of Liverpool. He is joint author of a number of books including The Economics of Wage Controls and Economic Forecasting: An Introduction, as well as over 60 research papers on applied economics. A. W. Pearson is Senior Lecturer in Decision Analysis and Director of the Research and Development Research Unit, Manchester Business School.
