Warlords in International Relations

PAUL B. RICH is Principal Lecturer at the University of Luton. He has previously taught at the Universities of Bristol and Melbourne. He is the author of several books and articles on international relations and southern Africa, the most recent of which is State Power and Black Politics in South Africa . He is currently working on two studies: one on regionalism in international relations and the other on nationalism, identity and the state in international politics.
