Through in-depth interviews with the presidents of major Chinese universities, this text explores the changing demands on leaders in Higher Education in the wake of globalization, and develops a contemporary model of Hybrid Leadership.Glocalization and the Development of a Hybrid Leadership Model examines the leadership philosophies and practices of Chinese university presidents and presents new insights and perspectives on the meaning and practice of leadership in a global era.
