    Rajeev Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, India. He earned his B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Dr. H. S. Gour Central University, Sagar, India. Dr. Sharma has approximately 13 years of experience in both teaching and industry. He has served as a Junior Research Fellow under AICTE, an ICMR-SRF, and a CSIR-RA Fellow during his research career, and has worked as an Assistant Professor in academia and as a Senior Formulation Development Scientist in the R&D industry. Dr. Sharma has edited two international and two national books and has authored over 30 publications and 21 book chapters in international reference books. His work focuses on recent concepts in immunology, nanobiotechnology, novel drug delivery systems, and targeted and controlled drug delivery of bioactives for the treatment of diseases such as cancer and diabetes. He is a life member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). Dr. Sharma's work has been cited approximately 1,200 times, and he has an h-index of 17. The cumulative impact factor of his published papers is around 120, according to SCOPUS. He is currently working on a research project funded by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCST). Dr. Sharma has received several awards for his research, including the Young Research Scholar award and various awards for best oral and poster presentations at national and international conferences. His current research interest is in nanocarrier-based targeted approaches for the effective delivery of bioactives.Dr. Neeraj Mishra is Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at the Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Gwalior. He has over 20 years of teaching and research experience in pharmaceutics, with particular expertise in novel drug delivery systems, localized and targeted drug delivery, and nanocarrier-based therapeutics for disease. His formulations and controlled delivery approaches are aimed at improving therapeutic outcomes. Dr. Mishra has supervised postgraduate and doctoral research scholars, has contributed widely to academic literature through research publications, books, and book chapters with leading international publishers. He has won several awards including Outstanding Scientist Award, and Distinguished Professor Award. He is associated with innovation in pharmaceutical sciences through patented research contributions. Over the course of his career, he has received several academic and scientific recognitions for his contributions to teaching, and research. He has been recognized internationally for his research impact and scholarly contributions.Laxmikant Gautam is a PhD Scholar in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
