    Tao Yang is currently an Associate Professor within the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group at the University of Nottingham, UK. His research expertise includes high-speed electric motor drive control, power electronic conversion, electrical system design and optimization for more-electric/hybrid/all-electric aircraft applications. Dr. Yang is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification and the Chinese Journal of Aeronautics, and is the Chair of the IEEE PELS Technical Committee on Aerospace Power.Bulent Sarlioglu is currently a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also serves as the Technology and Collaboration Director for the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium. From 2000 to 2011, he worked at Honeywell International's Aerospace Division, USA, most recently as a Staff Systems Engineer. His expertise includes electrical machines, drives, and power electronics: he is the inventor or co-inventor of 20 U.S. patents and has published more than 200 technical papers in conference proceedings and journals. Dr. Sarlioglu received Honeywell's Outstanding Engineer Award in 2011, the NSF CAREER Award in 2016, and the 4th Grand Nagamori Award from the Nagamori Foundation, Japan, in 2018. Patrick Wheeler is currently a Professor and Head of the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group at the University of Nottingham, UK since January 2008. He also serves as the Global Engagement Director for the Faculty of Engineering and as the Director of the Institute of Aerospace Technology, both at the University of Nottingham, UK. He was Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the same university from 2015 to 2018. He has published over 850 academic publications in leading international conferences and journals.
