His scholarly work emphasizes eco-efficient methods, sustainable materials, and intelligent systems to minimize environmental footprints while enhancing construction efficiency Dr Masoumeh Bararzadeh-Ledari researches on sustainable energy and environmental research, primarily focused on the evolving energy sector. Key projects include developing a comprehensive climate-land use-energy-water nexus strategy and emphasizing socio-economic factors. She also works on carbon-free hydrogen generation methods for the steel industry Professor Robert Crawford specializes in sustainability and life cycle assessment within the built environment. As a professor in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning, he educates on key topics such as life cycle assessment and construction prefabrication Professor Tuan Ngo leads the the Building 4.0 CRC and the ARC Training Centre for Advanced Manufacturing of Prefabricated Housing; he has spearheaded significant innovations in the construction industry.
