    Dr. C. Balaji Ayyanar, is an Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering Department, CIT obtained his Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering (Biopolymer Composites) 2021 from Anna University (Coimbatore Institute of Technology), Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Computer Aided Design) 2008 from Anna University (Government College of Engineering, Salem), Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering 2006 from Anna University (S. R. M. Engineering College, Chennai). Assistant Professor Dr. C. Balaji Ayyanar holds (13 Years & 10 Months) years of experience in teaching (Lecturers at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam, Erode. 638 401 and Assistant Professor at Vel Tech Multi Tech Dr. R.R & Dr. SR Engineering College, Avadi, Chennai-600 062) and 3 years in research and development (Combat Vehicle Research and Development Establishment, DRDO, Ministry of Defence) at Avadi, Chennai-54. This includes, modeling analysis and research experience working at different levels in Advanced Chassis and Automotive System (ACAS) renamed as MBT, in CVRDE, DRDO. He holds his specializations in Computer Aided Design, preparation of manufacturing drawing using AutoCAD, Modeling (Pro- E), analysis of machine elements using FEM. Working as an academician, Assistant Professor Balaji Ayyanar. C had contributed vividly both to industry and academia. His contribution includes 32 publications in International Journals, 07 Book Chapters, and 32 papers in international and national conferences and granted 10 design patents and filed three patents and 2 books. Dr. Elango Santhini is a Senior Scientific Officer at The South India Textile Research Association (SITRA), Coimbatore, India. She carried out her post-doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India. She has over 10 years of experience in medical textiles. Her research interests include wound healing materials, hydrogel, antimicrobial textiles and tissue engineering.Dr Trishna Bal is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Birla Institute of Technology, India. Her research interests include natural polymers, graft copolymers, hydrogel, polymer composites, wound healing and nanofiber materials Dr Faiza Sharif is currently working as a Tenured Associate Professor at the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Biomedical Materials, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, Lahore Pakistan. She has a long career in Biological Science. She gained her PhD from Leiden University the Netherlands in 2011 and Post Doctorate from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield UK in the field of biomedical materials and tissue engineering. She has been working in the field for over 10. Her research interests include development of degradable biomedical materials for treatment of hard and soft tissue defects Dr. N. S. Smrithi is currently pursuing her third year of Prosthodontics Senior Residency from The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University and has wide expertise in the field of Prosthodontics and Implantology. She completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery from The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University (Sri Ramakrishna Dental College) in 2022. Her current research areas include hydrogels, dental material sciences and Implantology Dr. Namrata Misra, Chief Executive Officer of Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster (BCKIC), an initiative of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, leads transformative initiatives strengthening the regional innovation and national mission driven programs. She brings over a decade of experience at KIIT-TBI, where she serves as Advisor and formerly in key roles fostering entrepreneurship, and is also an Associate Professor at the KIIT School of Biotechnology, bridging academia, research, and industry for meaningful impact Dr Priyadarshini Pillai is an Assistant Professor and Head of Department at Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore, a position she has held since May 2017. Her earlier roles include Project Scientist at the R.K. Institute of Management and Computer Science (June 2012 - April 2014) and Research Scientist at GVK Bio-campus (December 2007 - May 2012. Dr Pillai began her academic career as a Lecturer and Research Scholar at Vikram University (July 2003 - December 2006) and as a Lecturer at Government Madhav Science College
