Wellbeing and Ethics of Animals in Shelters provides an up-to-date, all-in-one resource for animal care and shelter professionals seeking the latest guidance on improving sheltered animals’ quality of life. Central chapters review health and behavioral assessments for shelter animals, offer guidance for the care of shelter cats and dogs, and discuss key steps to the successful adoption of sheltered animals.
