    Mer om författaren

Dr. Kalim Deshmukh is a senior researcher at the New Technologies Research Centre, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Czech Republic. He has over 20 years of research experience in nanomaterials and polymeric materials, with particular expertise in polymer blends, nanocomposites, and nanohybrids. His work emphasizes nanoscale dispersion, interfacial chemistry, and structure–property relationships that influence material performance in applications such as energy storage, gas sensing, biosensing, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and high-k dielectrics. He has authored more than 200 publications, including original research articles and review papers, in leading international journals and with major publishers, such as the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), American Chemical Society (ACS), Elsevier, Wiley-VCH, Springer, and Taylor & Francis. In addition to his research contributions, he has edited or co-edited several books published by ACS, RSC, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley-VCH, and Wiley Scrivener. Dr. Mayank Pandey completed his Ph.D. in materials science from VIT University, Vellore, India, on the topic “Preparation and characterization of polymer electrolyte for electrochemical device applications”. He then went on to complete his postdoctoral studies in electrical and thermal degradation of graphene-based polymer composite for electronic device applications from CHRIST (Deemed To Be University) Bangalore, India. He is an experienced material physicist with an experimental background in synthesizing graphene quantum dot- (GQDs) based polymer nanocomposites. His research areas also include fabrication of polymer blends and composite electrolytes, organic semiconductor/organic solar cells, and their impedance spectroscopy analysis. Besides investigating the structural, optical, and electronic properties of GQDs based materials, he has also contributed towards the development of new approaches in the field of nanocarbon derivatives. Prof. Jyotishkumar Parameswaranpillai is currently the Director of AU – Sophisticated Testing and Instrumentation Center, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India, and a Professor at the Department of Science, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the DST INSPIRE Faculty Award from the Government of India and the Best Faculty Awards from KMUTNB, Thailand and Alliance University India.
