Mohammad Reza Saeb is University Professor at the Department of Polymer Technology, Faculty of Chemistry, Gdansk University of Technology. He conceptualizes processing-microstructure-properties-performance interrelationships in polymer blends and nanocomposites. He also visualizes network formation-network degradation correlation in polymer systems by analyzing cure kinetics, thermal degradation kinetics, and flame retardancy. Payam Zarrintaj is Principal Scientist in the Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Science Department at the University of Montana, Montana, United States. He is an experienced polymer engineer; he received his BSc degree from Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, followed by a MSc (2013) and PhD (2018) from Tehran University, Iran. His research interests include smart hydrogel/polymers and nanoparticles with well-controlled microstructures and properties for biomedical applications. He has contributed to >90 scientific papers and book chapters. Mehdi Ghaffari is an Associate Professor at Golestan University, Iran, specializing in Biomaterials and Polymers Science. Holding a Ph.D. from the Iran Polymer and Petrochemical Institute, he focuses on developing biomaterials, nanocomposites, and biopolymers for medical applications. His research emphasizes improving drug delivery systems' performance and biocompatibility. Collaborating with international institutions like Gdańsk University, Texas A&M, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, he advances biomaterial innovation. As President of Golestan Science and Technology Park (2019–2023), he promoted biomedical startups, bridging research and industry. His leadership inspires ongoing advancements in healthcare materials.
