      Prof. Ondrej Krejcar is the rector and a full professor at Škoda Auto University. He earned his Ph.D. in technical cybernetics at the Technical University of Ostrava and is also affiliated with the Center for Basic and Applied Research at the University of Hradec Králové, Faculty of Informatics and Management. He has held senior academic leadership roles at the University of Hradec Králové and has long been active in national research and innovation programs.Prof. Krejcar is widely recognized for his scientific influence, high citation impact, and contributions to international peer review. He serves on editorial boards of leading journals and participates in major European research initiatives, including Horizon Europe and multiple COST actions. His work spans technical cybernetics, ubiquitous computing, control systems, smart sensors, wireless technologies, biomedical applications, and image analysis. He has also guided doctoral studies in applied informatics and regularly lectures on smart information system development.Dr. Neha Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, New Delhi, with over twelve years of experience in teaching and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where she specialized in meta-heuristic techniques for enhancing energy efficiency in wireless sensor networks. She has published extensively in reputed journals, including Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, and MethodsX, and has contributed multiple conference papers and book chapters in areas such as optimization, IoV, NLP, data mining, and intelligent systems. In addition to her research contributions, Dr. Sharma has been actively involved in academic administration, organizing technical events, FDPs, and departmental activities. She also holds several published patents in AI-enabled healthcare, human–computer interaction, and biometric authentication. Arvind Panwar is a researcher and academic in the field of Computer Science and Engineering whose interests include blockchain technology, information security, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies. His research focuses on the development of secure and scalable computing frameworks, including applications of blockchain in healthcare and data management. Dr. Panwar has contributed to scholarly research through journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, patents, and edited volumes. He is actively engaged in research, innovation, and academic collaboration, with work spanning blockchain, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity. His activities include mentoring students, supporting interdisciplinary research initiatives, and participating in international academic collaborations. Through his research and educational contributions, he promotes the translation of advanced computing technologies into practical solutions for industry and society. Dr. Urvashi Sugandh is a distinguished academic and researcher in Computer Science and Engineering, recognized for her extensive experience in teaching and technological innovation. She earned her Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapith, where she developed a blockchain‑based smart agriculture framework. Her work spans blockchain, cybersecurity, and IoT, reflected through numerous publications across journals, conferences, and edited volumes. Dr. Sugandh also serves as editor for major international book projects in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and energy‑efficient IoT systems, underscoring her engagement with emerging technologies in industry and logistics. A notable innovator, she holds several granted and published patents in artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain applications. As an educator, she teaches core computing subjects and actively mentors students while leading research initiatives that bridge academic scholarship with practical industrial needs. Her contributions continue to advance interdisciplinary collaboration and deliver impactful solutions to contemporary technological challenges. Prof. Hamidreza Namazi is an academician collaborating with universities in Malaysia, South Africa, and the Czech Republic. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and has conducted extensive postdoctoral research in biomedical engineering and neuroscience across Canada and Singapore. Dr. Namazi’s multidisciplinary expertise spans artificial intelligence, mechanical and biomedical signal processing, fractal theory, and applied mathematics. He has authored numerous SCI-indexed journal articles, with several published in high-impact outlets, and has been recognized among the world’s leading scientists by Stanford University. He also serves as an editor and guest editor for multiple SCI-indexed journals and actively contributes to the global research community through collaborations and international conference engagements. Umesh Kumar Lilhore is a highly accomplished academician, researcher, and thought leader in the field of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) with over 19 years of experience. He is currently working as a visiting Professor and researcher in university of Lousiana USA. Dr. Lilhore holds a PhD (CSE) and a Postdoctoral degree (CSE) from the University of Louisiana, USA, alongside an MTech in CSE. His career is marked by significant contributions in academic administration, research, teaching, education management, and software development.Dr. Lilhore has successfully supervised five PhD scholars and mentored over 35 MTech students, fostering the next generation of engineers and researchers. His research achievements are noteworthy, with over 65 Indian patents and 7 UK patents to his name. He has also built a substantial portfolio of over 150 publications in prestigious SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and conferences, underscoring his leadership in advancing the field of CSE.
