Advances in Pancreatic Cancer Immunotherapy

Vivek P. Chavda is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology at L. M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He earned Bachelor and Master of Pharmacy degrees and was a Gold Medallist at Gujarat Technological University. Before entering academia, he spent several years in the Biologics industry, contributing to R&D and regulatory filings for biologics. His scholarly output includes numerous peer‑reviewed articles, several books and book chapters, and ongoing writings in newsletters. His research spans the development of biologics processes and formulations, medical device development, nano diagnostics and noncarrier formulations, long-acting parenteral formulations, and nano vaccines. He also has patent assets in development and a record of industry-focused publications. Dr. Amit K. Tiwari is a full Professor and Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at UAMS. He completed graduate studies at St. John's University, NY, and pursued postdoctoral training in pharmacokinetics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. A board-certified toxicologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology, he serves on multiple advisory boards and holds honorary professorships from Bundelkhand University and Bharati Vidyapeeth University. His work spans discovery, design, development, and delivery of targeted anticancer therapeutics addressing multidrug resistance. He has authored extensively in peer-reviewed journals, contributed book chapters, and presented at numerous conferences. He also reviews for many journals and chairs editorial duties, including as Associate Editor for Frontiers in Pharmacology and Frontiers in Oncology, while serving on additional editorial boards.Zhe-Sheng Chen, PhD., opened the St. John’s University’s first cancer pharmacology laboratory. His research interest is multidrug resistance and its reversal, novel anti-cancer drug development. Chen has over 170 papers published, co-edited Protein Kinase Inhibitors as Sensitizing Agents for Chemotherapy book (Elsevier), and holds several patents.
