    This book would even work well as coffee table literature because of the unusually beautiful pictures of fungi =) For the interested reader, the book provides handy overviews in the form of wheels where you can roughly ID your finds according morphology. I appreciate the species descriptions, pictures and that they included some microscopic details of spores for identification. The two volumes have consecutive page numbers which I find ingenious! I wish Nationalnyckeln would also apply this system because it is so much easier to find information this way. The authors are very obviously big fungi nerds who share their passion with the readers. Amazing book(s)!

    Dessa två delar är böcker som alla borde äga. Lättnavigerade och lättlästa. Har inte hittat någon annan svampbok som mäter sig med Fugi of Temperate Europe. Inga svenska artnamn men man får bra övning om man själv vill skriva in dom. Själva svamphjulet finns att ladda ner gratis om man vill få en känsla för kvaliteten, men där saknas beskrivningar av svamp, biotop och så vidare. Köp!

    Har använt denna funga ett flertal gånger under hösten 2021. Mycket fina bilder och utförlig text. En ny slags nycklar som kanske kan leda fram till att även helt okända svampar kan få ett namn eller åtminstone att man får veta vilken typ av svamp man har hittat. Ett måste för den som är specialintresserad av svamp.

    Bra böcker med fina stora detaljerade fotografier , bra text på Engelska.
    Nytt för mej va att de anger vilken tidperiod man kan förväntas se fruktkropparna.

    Mycket bra skrivet om Fungi i allmänhet/vetenskapligt.

    Billigt pris om man tar hänsyn till kvalite ' och det arbete som är nedlagda i böckerna.
    Köp rek , du blir glatt överraskad.

    Fantastiskt fina böcker. Det är de som gäller nu när man vill lära sig mer om svamp, åt det "nördiga hållet". Mycket fina foton med synnerligen fina detaljbeskrivningar. Jag är oerhört nöjd.
