Dr Susan B. Edgington is Teaching and Research Fellow in the School of History at Queen Mary, University of London. The history of the crusades is her primary interest. Sarah Lambert is a lecturer at Goldsmiths College, London University. She has published articles on the queen s of Jerusalem, and on women in the crusade literature.
