Francesca Albanese is an international lawyer specialising in human rights and the Middle East. Since 2022, she has served as the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Palestinian territories occupied since 1967. He served as UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 from 2001-2008; and currently serves as Legal Counsel, South Africa v Israel (Genocide Convention).Michael Lynk is Professor Emeritus of Law at Western University in Canada, where he taught from 1999 until his retirement in 2022. He has published widely in the areas of Canadian labour law, human rights law, and international law.
