He is a fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association. He currently serves on the editorial board of SIOP's Professional Practice Series. Elaine D. Pulakos is executive vice president and director of Personnel Decisions Research Institutes' Washington D.C. office. She is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has served as SIOP president.
