Author of many scientific papers on various nutrition and public health topics, 31 books and over 3000 articles for magazines and newspapers, Stanton is a regular presenter on television, a frequent guest on radio programs and a popular lecturer. **Dr Andrew Hills** is Professor, School of Human Movement Studies, Queensland University of Technology. He has been President of the Australasian Society of the Study of Obesity, is a Fellow of Sports Medicine Australia and is Secretary-Treasurer of the International Council for Physical Activity and Fitness Research.
