Kenji Inaba is a Professor of Surgery, Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine at the University of Southern California. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery, program director for the General Surgery Residency, and Chief of Surgery at the Los Angeles General Medical Center. He is an internationally recognized researcher and award winning educator. Demetrios Demetriades is a Professor of Surgery and Director of Trauma, Emergency Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. He has received numerous awards and recognitions from national societies and many countries and is one of the most published trauma surgeons in the United States. Marc Eckstein, MD, MPH, is a nationally recognized leader with over thirty-five years of experience in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. He is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services and has built an international reputation as a physician, leader, academician, innovator, and physician executive.
