    Recensioner i media

'All postgraduate exams are challenging and are often undertaken at a time in life when there are multiple competing commitments - family, social, and professional. Having worked through the curriculum, the next essential step is focused practice ahead of the real exam. This book, divided into six sections, comprehensively covers the curriculum and provides ample opportunity to consolidate knowledge through practical application. As Head of School and now Deputy Regional Advisor for the North West, supporting a range of exam preparation courses, I recognise this book as an essential and high-quality revision resource. An excellent tool not only for independent practice and peer learning but also for educators to test and challenge candidates effectively. I would highly recommend this book to all residents preparing for, or booked to sit, the exam. Wishing you every success.' Ajmal Eusuf, MBBS, FRCA, FFICM, Consultant in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Royal Bolton Hospital, LancashireDeputy Regional Advisor for ICM, Northwest Deanery
