Susanne A. Wengle is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame and Professor of Eurasian Studies at Uppsala University. Her research examines post-Soviet political economy and engages with the study of markets in that context and beyond. Her publications include Post-Soviet Power: State-Led Development and Russia's Marketization (2014) and Black Earth, White Bread: A Technopolitical History of Russian Agriculture and Food (2022).
